- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Knowledge of installing, troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on HVAC water source heat pumps
- Responsible for interior and exterior electrical lighting functions to include changing/replacing switches, outlets, ballast fixtures, in addition to maintaining emergency lighting
- Responsible for plumbing functions to include repair/replacement of flappers, handles, flush valves, fill valves, wax rings, fixtures, and faucet cores
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have valid driver's license
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
