Seeking a dynamic and experienced hardscape foreman to join our team. Must be well-organized, reliable, and available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 5 pm. What You'll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of 2-3 crew members to complete hardscape projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage all aspects of hardscape projects from start to finish, including coordinating materials, equipment, and scheduling to ensure timely completion
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment for all team members
• Execute on the job training to keep all team members operating at their full potential

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in hardscaping and landscaping, with a strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
• Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and empower team members to excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and vendors
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
