    What youll do as a Welder:
    • Weld aluminum parts together using gas and arc welding
    • Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
    • Conduct quality control inspection of welds
    • Follow safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods
    • Make safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
    What you need to be a Welder:
    • Prior welding and forklift experience or certification
    • Strong attention to detail and quality of welds
    • Excellent team player with a positive attitude
    • Great work history
    • Ability to read a tape measure and work orders
    • Ability to lift up to 75lbs. with or without reasonable accommodations #WorkNow
