- Enters information taken from Equipment Repair Orders and enters into the maintenance history database (Repair Tool).
- Audits paperwork and input for inaccuracies and missing information. May include having to follow-up and correct any records.
- Enters information into other on-line databases.

- Responsible for ordering materials & supplies via multiple on-line ordering systems to include follow-up on missing or delayed shipments.
- Ability to train new Data Entry Clerks, advise less experienced staff, and provide backup assistance when necessary.

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
