    About the Role

    The Data Engineer III is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. They work with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient data flow and storage, enabling advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making. This role includes moderate research, design, and data engineering assignments within a specific functional area or product line.

    Responsibilities
    Interfacing with other technical personnel or team members to document, interpret, and finalize requirements
    Producing code that is efficient, repeatable, without defects, and adherent to best practices
    Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of data components
    Completing data engineering bug fixes and issues, researching and identifying root causes as appropriate
    Identifying opportunities to apply automation or other tools to improve effectiveness or efficiency
    Collaborating internally to understand product requirements and translate them into data engineering and/or data management designs
    Overseeing specific database management ensuring structure and data flow adheres to department standards
    Designing and implementing scalable data pipelines to process and store large volumes of data efficiently

    Requirements
    Possess a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    Demonstrate good experience in data file management skills and intelligence
    Display excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with great attention to detail
    Have knowledge of Industry best practices and code coverage
    Display knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
    Show excellent knowledge of data manipulation languages and data models
    Have the ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies
