- Review numerous resumes and CVs.
- Utilize job boards like Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Use computer-based systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, Email, and MSOffice.
- Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and referral recruiting.
- Screen resumes meticulously to shortlist appropriate candidates.
- Conduct screening interviews via telephone or web-based meetings.
- Schedule face-to-face and virtual interviews.
- Negotiate employee costs/salaries.
- Submit regular reports on candidate pipelines.
- Adhere to recruitment strategies.
- Propose new approaches for better recruitment policies.
- Utilize various marketing initiatives to advertise job vacancies.
- Stay informed about healthcare job market trends.
- Post jobs on Applicant Tracking Systems and job boards.
- Participate in Recruiting meetings.
- Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience in the Healthcare industry.
- Home Health and Hospice recruiting experience is advantageous.
- Proven success in recruiting professional clinicians.
