- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities as well as consolidated and intercompany transfers
- Assist with financial statement preparation
- Perform analysis of financial information to identify variances and opportunities for improvement
- Create and monitor business unit budgets
- Manage and process company payroll
- Provide support for pricing and costing projects
- Lead audit processes and provide documentation and schedules
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years progressive experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Self starter with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
