    Sr. Marketing Manager

    Remote - USA
    Pay Range: $63-73/hour depending on experience
    Contract: W2, April - Nov 2024 with potential for extension
    Description:

    Join the Americas Industry Marketing team to drive segment pipeline and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement integrated, quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and revenue goals.
    • Manage marketing program execution across the segment team and executional centers of excellence.
    • Report marketing performance to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize marketing programs.
    • Own and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many events for the segment/industry.
    • Drive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and Sales.

    Requirements:

    • 6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within the technology sector.
    • 5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programs.
    • Experience with ABM marketing and within high tech and manufacturing marketing a plus.
    • Strong stakeholder relationship and presentation skills.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, product marketing.
    • Detail-oriented and analytical approach to marketing.
    • Collaborative and creative mindset.
    • Operational rigor and organization skills.
    • Experience working in a matrixed organization.
    • Strong communicator with attention to detail; ability to distill feedback from all levels of the organization.
