    This position is a hybrid:
    remote and onsite. The primary office location is in the metro-Atlanta area however, candidates in this position may be expected to travel state-wide and remain

    flexible to on-site daily service hours (due to client schedules and/or project requirements).

    Job Summary
    The Project Manager will organize, manage, and plan complex projects for the organization's research, development, and product implementation efforts.


    The project manager will be assigned to leading and measuring the success of initiatives that will increase job and wage opportunities in distressed and rural communities, as well as among historically underrepresented and underserved groups.

    The candidate in this role must demonstrate a high-level aptitude for developing and implementing project progress through metric systems typically required by federal, state, municipal, and/or private sponsors.


    Duties/Responsibilities:


    Design, draft, develop, and maintain documentation and SOPs (Standard of procedures) for project accountability metrics (KPIs) that measure overall program performance, success, and community impact.

    Create a master task calendar to leverage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
    Communicate quarterly project data and information within the framework required as outlined by the federal government.
    Implement and sustain the assessment and training program indefinitely to ensure that data is gathered,

    compiled, and collected in a timely manner.

    Foster facilitation with program coalition team members, relevant community groups, and constituents to identify/solve problems that will lead to meeting project objectives, requirements, and metrics.

    Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
    Assist the Director of Innovation in developing and managing a detailed project schedule and execution plan.
    Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress in the community.
    Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards commonly practiced throughout the entire advance manufacturing industry. ( i.e. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning )
    Coordinate and maintain leadership meetings.
    Communicate results to relevant stakeholders in real-time.
    Maintain a repository of all the files. (i.e., SharePoint, One Drive)


    Required Skills/Abilities:
    Experience communicating and working with

    Executive level leadership, elected officials, and a broad customer base.
    Experience communicating and working with underserved and minority communities.
    Experience working with Microsoft Teams, and other project management software.
    Direct experience leading strategic, innovative projects from start to finish.
    Knowledge of traditional and agile management principles, budget formulation, reporting, and financial management
    Exceptional leadership, team building, and management skills
    Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Computer Science, Communications, Business, or Engineering, is required.
    At least three years of related experience is required.
    Highly preferred PMP, and/or comparable project management certifications.
    Highly preferred Nonprofit experience
