Job ResponsibilityProviding pre and post sales and service support to customers to meet the objectives of the departmentTo coordinate the activities of fellow service engineers and technicians with respect to attending service calls and issue resolutionSystematically troubleshoot and repair of equipment in a timely mannerRecommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customersScheduling and performing preventive maintenance for contractual customersSupport Projects and A&A works as required by the management.
Ensure proper filing of service, warranty records and installation baseTrain and guide assistant service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
To be the point of contact for management for updates on issue resolution and team activities coordinationHelp meet departments financial goals by recommending upgrades/spares to customers as deemed necessaryHelp meet departments productivity targets by reducing costs and improve productivity.
