    Human Resources and Office Coordinator

    The Human Resources and Office Coordinator reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in this hybrid role.

    • Serves as a highly organized office point of contact for general inquiries, maintains multiple Google Calendars, schedules meetings with logistics coordination, provides comprehensive administrative support to the COO including writing/editing memos.
    • Create/update PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations; develop/maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets;
    • Maintains physical office space orderliness through systematic filing, organizational maintenance
