JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Lead responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on seamless integration with CPQ systems.

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable architecture designs.

Develop and maintain application roadmaps, standards, and delivery guidelines, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Conduct strategic planning sessions and architecture reviews to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet enterprise-level client needs and align with business objectives.

Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce and CPQ integration strategies, including recommending best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Design and implement complex data models, ensuring data integrity and scalability through regular architecture reviews and optimization of Salesforce-CPQ data interactions.

Maintain strong relationships with client sponsors and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, address questions, and serve as a trusted advisor for engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.


Delivery Lead responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to understand project goals, objectives, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, including development, sales, marketing, and operations, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery, working proactively to find solutions and minimize disruptions.

Support the Technical Lead in resource management, including allocation of team members and external resources, to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team, seeking opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.

Serve as a mentor and advisor to team members, providing guidance and support in navigating technical challenges and achieving project objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.


Technical Analyst responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, developers, and project managers, to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM and CPQ integration projects.

Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visually represent system functionality and user interface design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.

Document business processes, workflows, and system requirements in clear and concise manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Work closely with the End-to-End Architect to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs, providing input and feedback as needed.

Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems, including data mapping, field creation, workflow automation, and user permissions setup.

Conduct system demos and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to showcase system functionality and gather feedback from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with requirements and expectations.

Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and customizations.
