    Our client is in the market for a Field Service Engineer. This global market-leading business is looking for experienced HVAC engineers who can grow the company's service and applications to customers. We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in HVAC cooling and refrigeration within a commercial and industrial application.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a competent level. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    • Install humidification, dehumidification, and water treatment systems as per provided specifications.
    • Perform maintenance and conduct repairs on existing equipment following factory procedures.
    • Travel extensively within the North East region, up to 80% of the time, and nationally as required.
    • Troubleshoot systems independently and without supervision.
    • Complete paperwork for each job promptly and ensure timely submission.
    • Demonstrate comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, with a focus on delivering high-quality preventative maintenance.
    • Exhibit strong customer service skills, including clear communication about services rendered. Proficient in writing reports and logs, and effectively presenting information.
    • Interpret and work from specifications, schematics, and building blueprints.

    Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies

    • Language Skills: Fluent in English (reading, writing, spoken) ability to convey and receive instructions clearly and with ease in person, over the phone, or through email. Spanish language is an asset.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks/projects.
    • Computer Skills: Functional capability to with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Capture and complete information for work orders and reports in Service Fusion.
    • Other: Exceptional organization skills. HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience are all considered an asset. Able to work extended shifts.
