- *Lead Projects from initial project planning through construction document (CD) development, permitting and construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development
- Develop Construction Documents by applying established BIM standards and techniques
- Produce full and complete code search and review for projects located in various states under different versions of the International Building Code (IBC)
- Produce needed architectural plan, renderings and/or presentation materials
- Ability to clearly communicate with engineers, other 3rd party consultants, contractors and clients
- Good fundamental understanding of construction materials, methods and detailing
- Ability to develop design drawings and CD's for both new construction and renovation/upfit projects
- Knowledge of and ability to review submittals and shop drawings
- Great project scheduling practices and ability to meet stated deadlines
- Ability to flex with shifting projects and deadlines
- Support Business development activities as requested
- Both self sufficient and able to work well with a team
- Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Arts or Science in Architecture
- 3-4 years' experience as a Design Professional
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit software
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel software
- Firm grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with many competing priorities
- Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as past of a team
