    nepf, LLC is seeking a Senior Organization Change Management Consultant to help our clients manage change for their strategic programs and projects.

    In this role you will have the opportunity to lead change management for big projects at big clients, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and sustainable transformation strategies.

    Our team is based primarily in Southern California across LA and Orange County, but valuing the flexibility of remote work and with clients across the country, this role is open to qualified candidates across the United States.

    This position suits an individual with 5-10+ years of existing Change Management experience who is a results-oriented go-getter with a passion for making an impact and is ready to work collaboratively in helping our clients thrive in this rapidly changing world.

    Whilst this is a Contract position, qualified candidates can be considered for a permanent position if they prefer.


    Your Responsibilities and Duties:
    Assume a Change Manager role to plan and deliver transformational change for initiatives that implement new ways of working, new processes, and systems at our clients
    Leverage your experience in combination with nepf, LLC's proprietary tools to effectively manage these client engagements
    Identify potential organization risk, resistance, and gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation and/or correction actions
    Apply your knowledge and experience to client situations and needs, and recommend suitable strategies and plans
    Creatively and effectively present outcomes to stakeholders and gain client stakeholder buy-in
    Articulate the value proposition and recommend interventions and accelerators that will address client stakeholder needs
    Develop a comprehensive change management plan
    Lead delivery and execution of the change management plan
    Guide the work of Change Management Consultants

    What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position:5-10+ years of relevant Organization Change Management experience in a large company setting
    Bachelor's Degree or higher
    Previous Management Consulting experience or experience driving transformation and change efforts within a large company setting
    Understanding of common change management methodologies, and the ability to apply tools and experience based on client/project need
    Strong attention to detail and proven delivery excellence with the ability to self-start and work independently
    Client-facing consulting experience working with large, complex, and/or enterprise-wide programs
    Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, energetic and professional demeanor, and highly client-oriented are all must-have characteristics
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
