    Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

    Position Summary: The Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations through the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials. This role ensures that products are accurately received, stored, picked, and prepared for shipment in accordance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations. The associate will routinely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, productivity, and workplace safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, or both) to load, unload, and move materials safely.
    • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
    • Ship/Receive incoming products and verify accuracy against purchase orders.
    • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
    • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment guidelines.
    • Assist with general warehouse duties such as palletizing, labeling, and organizing stock.
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas.

    Work Environment:

    • Work performed in a warehouse or production setting.
    • Exposure to moving equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
    • Previous Forklift experience required.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
    • Basic understanding of safety and quality standards.
