Job Summary
The Service Leadman performs all functions of a fully qualified heavy duty truck repair mechanic; assists service technician in diagnosis of mechanical difficulties and recommending needed repairs.Assists in greeting customers, writing repair orders and estimating the cost of repairs within set guidelines.
Performs skilled and complicated mechanical work on heavy-duty truck equipment and related components with minimum supervision.
