Senior Manager, Technical Accounting
Newly created Senior Manager, Technical Accounting role with our Global PE-backed Client. Organization is looking for a highly technical Senior Manager to join the team.

Position works with leaders of all operating divisions with a focus on technical accounting, accounting policy, new accounting pronouncements, and internal controls compliance.

This position is highly visible and requires a confident technical accounting leader who is willing to roll up their sleeves and implement changes
Responsibilities
Provide expertise for all technical accounting matters including inventory, revenue recognition, business combinations, lease accounting, and stock-based compensation
Establish strong relationships across the organization to make a meaningful impact and business recommendations
Support the development and compliance of internal controls, systems, and accounting policies of the business relating to revenue recognition
Streamline documentation and create best practices around revenue recognition for operating divisions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and an active CPA license
8+ years experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting
Strong technical, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Public accounting experience preferred with experience serving mid to large private or public companies
