Prequel is seeking candidates for an Industrial Design Engineer position with a reputable and growing company in the Cary, IL area. This is a full time position working onsite in Cary and includes a competitive salary, full retirement and health benefits along with the opportunity for growth.

This position will join a larger, talented design team responsible for product design lifecycle. Responsibilities will include:

• Creating design concepts
• Providing design support to ensure manufacturing.
• Customer design changes, tooling requirements, quality assurance

Company is targeting candidates with a mix of the following skills and experience:

• 5 years of professional experience
• Bachelors degree
• Mechanical Engineering and Design background
• Solidworks experience
• Experience designing assembled products and exposure to complex machinery
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
