Dynamic Claims Administrative Services, LLC. a National adjusting company, is seeking an experienced Property Damage Specialist. The responsibilities would involve claims investigation for towing and property damage-related claims.

This position handles towing and property claims in multiple jurisdictions that occur anywhere in the United States and frequently communicates orally and in writing with customers and claimants in a prompt, accurate and professional manner.

The claims assigned to this position require high customer service focus for our clients and their customers which include a high volume of telephone work.

Working under the direct supervision of the Claims Manager within a certain level of authority, the Property Damage Adjuster must comply with company claims protocols and all applicable laws, including but not limited to state specific Department of Insurance Regulations.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision and Core Values.


MUST HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE
Directly handles assigned physical damage and towing claims.
Demonstrates outstanding telephone customer service skills and empathizes with customers and claimants.
Organizes and prioritizes work to assure accuracy and productivity targets are met.
Effectively works independently and in a team.
Documents and preserves all verbal and written communication in the claims system.
Establishes and maintains accurate loss and expense reserves.
Conducts investigation into claims.
