Corporate (Health Care Regulatory) Associate Sarasota - CBOHN

Description

Our firm has an opening in Sarasota, FL for an associate in the Corporate Department.

The ideal candidate will have four to six years of corporate transactions, M&A, health law and regulatory experience.

Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Experience with complex health care transactions.
• Experience with health care compliance and fraud and abuse matters is preferred.


• Strong academic record and excellent analytical skills required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.
