- Communicate plans regarding risk management for operation readiness
- Drive weekly milestone objectives with operations readiness
- Drive prospective weekly gemba and deep dive for key milestone objectives within the operations readiness plans
- Work cross functionally with project managers, engineering, etc. to ensure programs remain compliant.
- B.S. in a scientific discipline or related field
- 5-10 plus years of PMO experience
- Proven experience in biopharmaceutical cell culture, purification, and fill finish facility operations
- Proven experience delivering biopharmaceutical cell culture, purification, and fill finish facility operations

Piper Life Sciences is actively seeking a PMO Consultant to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility that is brand new and going to be the largest end-to-end cell manufacturing facility in Northern America.. The PMO Consultant will be driving the identification, prevention, and remediation of risks to cGMP operations readiness for a greenfield large scale Biomanufacturing facility. This is a Monday-Friday role, located on-site in Holly Springs, NC.
