- 3D modeling using Autodesk Revit
- 3D laser scanning field acquisition and processing
- Drone operation and photogrammetry
- Multi-Discipline Coordination
- Taking a job from start to finish
- Performing at a high level to maintain project schedules
- Preparing documents to a level consistent with our quality standards
- Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Travel required up to 20% of the time
- Associate's degree or higher (architecture, construction, or engineering preferred)
- 2 years+ experience with modeling utilizing Autodesk Revit
- Understanding of building design and construction practices preferred
- Laser scanning experience preferred but not required
- A general familiarity with design visualization and environmental analysis applications - Experience with Plumbing and/or HVAC systems is required
