    Overview:
    Reporting to the VP and Head of Legal, US, the newly created position of Assistant General Counsel (Asst. GC), U.S.

    Prescription Business Unit will be the first legal position in Galdermas new Boston office in a hybrid (3 days in office) environment.

    The Asst. GC will play a central role in launching Galdermas first-in-class specialty biologic product with multiple indications.

    The role will work closely with the Head of the US Prescription Business Unit, and partner closely with key stakeholders within the global and US cross functional teams.

    Experience:

    The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years advising commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies in a fast-paced global environment, supporting innovative new product launches and general commercial support, advice & counseling.

    Focused expertise in the areas of commercial healthcare and regulatory law related to the development and commercialization of biopharmaceutical products is required.

    Experience supporting a product launch is strongly preferred.

    Experience advising on market access and reimbursement, including drafting, and negotiating agreements with private and public payers and PBMs a strong plus.

    Experience with rare disease a plus.


    Location/Relocation:
    Boston, MA with a hybrid environment (3 days in office). This is a national search and relocation is available.


    Compensation:
    A competitive compensation package with base salary and annual target bonus.
