- Responsible for new business development – air, ocean, logistics services warehousing/distribution.
- Provide customer service through direct contact with the customer.
- Manage and track client outreach
- Strategize innovative ways to reach new clients
- Work closely with CS/Operational staff on business implementation, account management and overall account support
- Assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets to include overall territory target and individual account targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business administration or economics.
- 3-5 years' experience in Sales and marketing preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics business.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage a dynamic sales territory and account base
- Strong Self-motivation and strategic focus, ability to quickly identify key decision makers and opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

We are looking for a candidate with an air export background who is interested in becoming an Air Export Inside Sales Specialist for one of the top ten freight forwarders. You will be responsible for establishing a strong relationship with new prospects as well as maintaining a strong relationship with existing accounts.
