    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Achieving True Self is looking for a BCBA to join our team. We believe wholeheartedly that people matter -- and that begins with our staff who are providing medically necessary, critical life-changing services to individuals and families.

    As a BCBA at Achieving True Self, you will conduct various assessments and design ABA treatment plans for our young clients based on behavior analytics. You will provide training and supervision to BCBA supervisees and Registered Behavior Technicians, as well as supervise and monitor treatment progress of a client.

    You will also have the ability to collaborate with like-minded professionals and opportunities for continuing education to build your knowledge and skills. We strive to empower you to thrive, contribute, and feel appreciated.

    Compensation:

    Pay Range: $60-80 per hour based on commensurate experience for direct, billable hours. $15.50 per hour for indirect hours such as initial and annual training, onboarding requirements, and drive time from client to client.

    Benefits:

    • We offer bi-weekly, competitive pay, along with up to 2 weeks paid time off based on hours worked, and up to 12 floating holiday hours for those who qualify. Family medical leave options if eligible.
