Job summary
The Residential Program Worker provides a range of services for individuals based on their needs in their home and in their community including personal care domestic household services medical appointments vocational services supervision within the home and other tasks based upon individual goals.Responsibilities
- Provides information for program maintenance and evaluation meets Oak Hill's policies procedures licensing and certification regulations by collecting recording charting data including electronically maintained records.
- Maintains program participants' cleanliness comfort well-being facilitates self-help daily living skills by providing guidance assistance completing personal hygiene tasks.
- Facilitates implementation preparing materials activities projects as needed maintains health well-being promoting/encouraging self-administration prescription non-prescription medications administering medication documenting errors specified Oak Hills policies procedures observing reporting changes behavior physical mental appearance issues addressed needed Protects participants employees applying Emergency First Aid CPR procedures Observes maintains confidentiality treating information discretion complying applicable protecting identity medical information participants.
