We are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our team at our Indianapolis Manufacturing Facility.
As a Quality Supervisor, you will oversee a team of employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained.

2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:30 pm – 3:30 am EST (Occasional pre-scheduled Fridays for overtime & weekends)
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team to achieve operational, quality, and continuous improvement goals through training, coaching, and effective communication.
Utilize continuous improvement tools to reduce downtime, improve quality, and achieve labor efficiency targets.
Successfully implement product and engineering changes.
Prioritize safety in all aspects of work assignment and execution.
Monitor work order progress, ensuring quality and timeliness of completion.
Maintain accurate timecards and overtime records.
Foster a positive working relationship with the union in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a unionized setting.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience required.
This is an onsite role that requires adherence to safety protocols including the use of safety shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, and sleeves.
