- Communicate with/present to clients regarding projects
- Head up multiple MEP projects
- Mentor/train mechanical engineers/designers
- Independently design projects from schematic design through project completion
- Produce detailed design documents and specifications
- BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering required
- 12 + years of HVAC engineering experience
- Good working knowledge of IMC, IECC and ability to perform Energy Modeling using TRACE, eQUEST or other programs is required
- Strong understanding of ASHRAE Standards, especially 55, 90.1 & 62.1
- Experience in projects with sustainable solutions including LEED certifications or net zero energy are a plus
- PE. license preferred
- Strong communicator with the ability to interact with a variety of clients
