    Job Description:


    The Identity and Access Management Security Analyst is responsible for ensuring appropriate and effective application security under the governance of internal policies and procedures, as well as current regulatory requirements and guidelines.

    This individual will serve as an Access Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the organization.

    The Identity and Access Management Security Analyst will promote corporate Identity and Access Management (IAM) standards to stakeholders and customers within the organization, while seeking opportunities for efficiencies, automation, and overall improvements.

    This position will also assist in monitoring the environment (incidents and events) and will work with the Security Operation Team when a high-risk alert is issued or when there is a suspected violation.

    This position is operationally focused and will work to resolve user needs in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strong knowledge in Identity Management (Auto-Provisioning, Password Management, Access Governance, and Role Based Access Controls (RBAC))
    • Experience deploying Corporate Role Based Directory / Security Models within the framework of a complex organization model
    • Work with various business and IT application owners to define Role-based access templates for implementing RBAC for multiple applications.
    • Work closely with business, Project Management Office, Enterprise Architecture, Business Relationship Managers, and end users to design, implement, support, and maintain application onboarding
    • Establish and maintain good working relationships with all IAM customers
    • Assist with unique/complex security access requests
    • Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues
    • Analyze potential security access threat notifications and escalate as necessary
    • Assist in collaborating with various identity management stakeholders including Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Legal, and others to ensure effective communication and coordination across the enterprise related to identity and entitlement management policies, procedures, and standards
    • Assist with the implementation & integration of our Privilege Account Management solution with existing and new IT systems and applications
    • Perform Access Control List reviews and certifications for both role composition as well as user and manager reviews of user access
    • Other security operations/support duties as required

    Experience:

    Education Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    Experience

    • 3 years of experience with a Identity and Access Management System performing auto-provisioning, role based security, and compliance utilizing strong attention to detail.
    • SailPoint IIQ experience preferred.
    • 2 years administration experience in Privileged Account Management. CyberArk experience preferred.
    • Experience in implementing enhanced security for elevated accounts in Active Directory, Azure and Red Hat Linux.
    • Knowledge of information security frameworks (desired: NIST 800-53,
    • Requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, follow written policies standards and procedures, and provide consistent and superior customer service.
    • Requires willingness and ability to adapt to rapid changes to support and use emerging technologies.
    • Ability to identify process improvements – enhancing, optimizing, and streamlining efficiencies where required.
    • Good understanding of Sarbanes Oxley and NIST compliance and information security policies and procedures.
    Certification/License

    • Security certifications:
    CISSP and/or CIAM preferred
