- Perform daily cleaning of facility floors, ensuring a clean, attractive facility
- Maintain floors by sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing
- Sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during working hours
- Serve as a Van Driver during busy times for transportation driving the van or minibus to transport residents/tenants from individual or central loading area to other destinations according to assigned schedule
- Coordinate transportation schedules with resident/tenants and other staff as needed which may entail operating 2-way radio, cell phone or similar device to communicate with campus or other staff
- Monitor and coordinating the cleaning and servicing vehicle with fuel, oil, tire pressure, lubricants, tire rotation, and similar servicing needs
- Report any problems, needs, changes in condition or concerns in residents/tenants noted to supervisor
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles Record
- Must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aide certified
- Prior related work experience preferred, but not required
