- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers to ensure inclusion and support for all students.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student needs and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding student progress and needs.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive learning environment for students.
- Active Special Education (SPED) license/certifications in Colorado.
- Ability to start with pending fingerprint clearance upon school approval.
- Experience working in a school setting, preferably with elementary school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment.
