QA/BA

We are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) focused on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The right candidate will gather requirements, analyze potential challenges, and create clear documentation for developers. The Business Analyst will manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Additionally, this individual will develop and execute test plans to ensure software quality and functionality. In some cases, the BA may lead small to mid-sized teams, providing guidance and managing tasks. They also keep stakeholders informed through clear communication and user support activities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience required.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills needed.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) preferred.
• Experience with SQL databases and automated testing tools (Selenium) a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required, with Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Experience testing APIs, services, and integrations desired.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Postman, Swagger) is beneficial.
