    Executive Administrative Assistant - CEO Support (Temporary with Permanent Potential)

    Our client is a leading executive coaching and consulting firm dedicated to empowering leaders. They help their clients achieve peak performance through meaningful impact.

    This is a temporary role with perm potential. Onsite to start and then Hybrid. Metro West near Devens.

    About the Role

    As the Executive Administrative Assistant to our CEO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and providing exceptional support for their busy schedule. You will be a trusted confidant, a master organizer, and a strategic partner, contributing to the CEO's effectiveness and the company's continued success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Calendar & Travel Management: Manage the CEO's complex schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arra.
    • Travel Arrangements: Book and manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and local transportation.
    • Communication Hub: Serve as the CEO's primary point of contact, effectively screening calls, emails, and inquiries, and ensuring timely and efficient communication.
    • Project & Task Management: Proactively anticipate the CEO's needs, manage projects, and follow up on tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and logistics.
    • Technology & Marketing Support: Utilize your tech-savviness to assist with marketing initiatives, and manage the website and social media platforms.
    • Document Management: Maintain and organize confidential documents and files.
    • Research & Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
    • Proven experience managing complex schedules and travel arrangements, particularly for international travel.
    • Superior organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
    • Proficient with digital media (website, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
