Job Description
Manage budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes
Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership on the business side and frequently communicate with them
Provide the business management team with insightful decision support and drive executive level ad hoc financial analysis as required
Model for various scenarios, run sensitivity analyses
Direct the overall process for AOP on the designated product groups
Collaborate with the internal accounting team in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and preparation of GAAP financial statements
Manage and perform special projects
Manage a designated FP&A function team

Qualifications

Experience in FP&A department or business planning department of a global operating company in Japan or FP&A department of a foreign manufacturing company.

Experience in reporting to overseas headquarters or working overseas
