    job summary:
    Our client is seeking a Systems Engineer III who will support a Synthetic Training Services program. Eight years of aircrew training system or flight simulation device with military/Department of Defense engineering standards.

    • DOD engineering activities: requirements analysis, design, development, integration, test and delivery of hardware and software systems.

    REQUIRED:
    -technical writing
    -new product deliveries
    6 month contract with a possible of extension

    REMOTE
    Must be able to travel to UK and South Carolina

    responsibilities:

    • Support Aircrew Training System (ATS) and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) programs
    • Perform systems engineering tasks
    • Conduct project engineering activities
    • Manage subcontractors
    • Design modifications
    • Provide logistics engineering support
    • Assist in proposal estimation and preparation
    • Analyze technical requirements
    • Develop specifications and Statements of Work (SOW)
    • Review and edit technical documents
    • Conduct analyses and trade studies
    • Prepare cost estimates and technical text for proposals
    • Conduct technical design reviews and audits of subcontractors/vendors
    • Participate in customer technical meetings, audits, and reviews
    • Prepare subcontractor/vendor specifications and SOW for RFPs and subcontracts
    • Evaluate proposals and make recommendations for management
