- Manage inbound / outbound communication, such as phone calls and e-mails to include company driver's and assigned contractors issues and customer deliveries..
- Monitor routes and resolve any transportation issues that arise such as delays, delivery issues and customer complaints providing timely and effective solutions.
- Manage all required paperwork and records and prepares documentation (forms, KPI reports, etc.) as needed.
- Administrative support to routing managers and assigned terminal operations.
- Assist safety and compliance team and communicate with drivers obtaining updated DOT documents as needed.
- Create invoice charges for pick up orders.
- Manage COI request and submissions for final mile deliveries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- High school diploma or GED required; some post high school education or training preferred.
- Microsoft Office Skills, with expertise in Excel.
- One year of relevant experience Preferred.
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Highly professional and dependable.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
- Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
