Job summary

We seek a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to support our accounting department with accurate data entry, financial record-keeping, and basic bookkeeping functions.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and bank statements
  • ,Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis
    ,Support month-end closing processes
    Identify errors in data entry to ensure accurate reporting
    .Prepare basic reports as requested by management.
