- Education:Bachelor's degree: Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development, preferred.
- Experience:5+ years HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
- Computer Skills:Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Intermediate working knowledge of HRIS system; ADP preferred.
Other Requirements:
PHR, preferred.
Bi-lingual preferred, Spanish a plus.

Job DescriptionLHH is searching for a Bilingual HRBP for one of our Manufacturing Clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Establish a high performing plant team from recruiting, hiring and onboarding with ongoing support to maintain a highly engaged workforce. Partner with staffing agencies and site leaders
• Ensure company compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.
• Monitor adherence to HR policies and objectives for the company
• Interface directly with employees having workplace or personal issues.
• Ensure all appropriate paperwork is processed accurately and timely for new hires, promotions, transfers, demotions, and terminations.
• Monitor the company progressive discipline process and advise managers and supervisors on status.
• Be a first level resource for employee benefit and total rewards questions.
• Monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees.
• Support and promote all company policies
