    Are you are a conscientious, Physical Therapist who is dedicated to providing exceptional care? ChristianaCare HomeHealth is the place for you. We work with families and their loved one's doctor and other health care providers to build a care plan that will meet their needs.

    ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic and cohesive team of therapists in New Castle County, Delaware.; specifically in the Bear and surrounding area.

    As a Physical Therapist you will:

    • Collaborate and lead one or more Physical Therapy Assistant
    • Complete a target of at least 12 visits a week
    • Engage with adult and geriatric patients to support a safe home environment

    Requirements:

    • Requires 1 year of experience as a PT; appropriate licensure.
    • Home care experience preferred.
    • Proof of a valid driver's license and active auto insurance is required.
