    What You'll Be Doing:
    • Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.
    • Analyze trends of key performance indicators and identify the cause of unexpected variances.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis for management and senior executives.
    • Modify/update budget templates.
    • Integrate budgeting tools with ERP system.
    • Conduct General Ledger account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Assist with financial planning and forecasting.
    • Assist with implementing business intelligence tools and dashboard reports.
    What You'll Need:
    • 3-5 years as a financial analyst or similar role
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or accounting
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong proficiency with Excel, VBA, and other financial modeling and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency In SQL and experience with ERP database systems
    • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
