    Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships & create customers for life.
  • Be the vehicle expert by knowing the product.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day

    • Qualifications:

  • Have excellent verbal communication skills on the telephone and in person.
  • Excel at creating customer rapport.
  • Outgoing, personable and a positive attitude.
  • Have persistence, attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Be responsible, proactive and accountable.
  • Good keyboard skills and comfort with new technologies are a plus
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled

    • The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($62,400.00 to $121,200.00), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

    Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
