    What your future day will look like:

    • Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to maintain the integrity of customer invoicing while ensuring the timely and accurate submission of internal billing support documentation via financial or accounting systems.
    • Identify inefficiencies within billing operations to help the organization streamline processes, reduce lost revenue, and increase financial profitability.
    • Conduct regular audits of billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    • Assist in ad-hoc financial systems analysis and special projects as required.
    • Weekly review of accounts receivable reports and follow up with service team or client as necessary.
    • Download data from agency management and other systems to create usable reports to assist management in strategic business decisions.

    Type: Direct Hire

    To be a champion in this role, you will need:

    • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business management, or a related field is strongly desired.
    • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, audit, and financial systems-related experiences are required.
    • Mastery of Excel is crucial for data analysis, especially for handling smaller datasets, performing quick analyses, and creating pivot tables and charts are required.
    • 2-3 years of forensic financial auditing experience is highly preferred.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, such as Tableau or Power BI preferred.
