    Job Description

    As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in generating, developing, and closing opportunities within a designated territory.

    • Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and achieve monthly closing targets.
    • Maintain client retention and increase revenue of existing clients.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with property, regional managers, property owners, and management groups.

    You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and tight-knit group of sales professionals and learn from hands-on mentorship. The ideal candidate is self-competitive, empathetic, and highly skilled at reading people and situations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Manage sales contact requests for our customers and provide follow-up on leads.
    • Play a vital role in transitioning a client to the operations team during launch.
    • Conduct start-up orientations to review service objectives and opportunities.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a business-to-business outside consultative sales environment.
    • Drive and ambition with a proven track record of repeatedly exceeding sales objectives.
    • Proven ability to excel in split compensation structures (commission/base).
    • Proficiency in Salesforce preferred.

    Benefits:

    • Competitive salary package with an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $108,000-$126,000 per year.
    • Monthly guarantee against your commissions during your ramp-up period.
    • 401(k) Savings Plan with matching company contribution.
    • Paid Time Off program (up to 20 days PTO per calendar year plus 10 Holidays, 1 Floating Holiday & 1 Volunteer Day).

    The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set.
