    Description


    We are looking for a content manager to help us optimize content performance, grow new audiences, and increase engagement on our YouTube channels.

    The YouTube Content Manager will focus on optimizing, uploading and delivering content to the YouTube channels, and will support distribution across internal channels.

    This person will work closely with executives to create and execute content strategy and lead ongoing content optimization efforts.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the management of YouTube channels to maximize video views and watch-time, increase subscribers and user engagement on the platform.

    Manage the coordination of new video deliverables, including the creation of titles, thumbnails and descriptions, and other YouTube creative tools (chapters, end cards, playlists, A/B testing, etc.)Liaise with content strategy team to execute external communications initiativesMonitor performance on published content and execute updates/changes when neededExecute ongoing content optimization efforts for library video assets; monitor performance on published content and execute updates/changes when neededCoordinate data analytics efforts, including SEO and keyword strategy for all published content and development of new contentAdvise on paid campaign strategy and tacticsMonitor and report on YouTube-wide platform trends and best practicesQUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree in relevant fieldYouTube operations and analytics experience required3+ years of entertainment industry or digital media experience preferredDemonstrated track record of success managing detail-oriented projects in a fast-paced creative environment preferredAbility to interpret data to identify patterns and trends, then apply them to stated KPIs and team objectivesMust have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
