Job summary

We're seeking a Customer Experience Specialist who thrives at the intersection of customer service and sales support.

This isn't a typical call center role—you'll build meaningful relationships with commercial accounts,support our Sales Executives,and directly contribute to revenue growth through proactive customer engagement.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
