    The Role


    We're looking for a driven, ambitious leader to join us as General Manager. This hybrid role is based in Chicago, IL with the expectation to travel to a local market about 40% of the time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record operating in complex, high-growth environments and leading teams at scale. You'll have full autonomy and end-to-end ownership of the market, with the freedom to think creatively and execute decisively to drive meaningful impact.

    You'll own the success of a local market and lead its growth from the ground up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own the market strategy and P&L. Identify growth opportunities and partnerships, assess the competitive landscape, and evolve positioning in close partnership with company leadership.

    • Drive operational excellence. Lead day-to-day market operations across sales, support, and clinical delivery, using KPIs to hold teams accountable and continuously improve performance.

    • Build and lead high-performing teams. Hire, develop, and manage values-driven operators, builders, and growth leaders as the market scales.

    • Serve as the market lead and brand ambassador. Build strong relationships with users, partners, and stakeholders to establish a trusted presence in Georgia.

    • Scale with speed and flexibility. Navigate rapid growth and regulatory complexity while maintaining an exceptional patient experience.

    • Partner cross-functionally. Collaborate with operations, clinical, and product teams to shape strategy and inform the company roadmap.

    The Requirements:

    • 7+ years of analytical, strategic operations experience, with a proven track record leading a company or market through hypergrowth (3–4x YoY) and managing an 8–9 figure P&L.

    • Startup operator experience>, especially in fast-paced, boots-on-the-ground environments.

    • <>Proven people builder. scaling operations teams from ~15 to 45+, with a strong reputation as a leader and recruiting magnet.

    • Strategic and execution-oriented. Able to set direction, align teams to the company mission, and drive toward clear, measurable growth goals.

    • Highly data-driven. Comfortable using analytics and metrics to inform decisions and course-correct quickly.

    • Hands‑on, high-ownership.

    • Full commitment required. This role is full-time and your top priority, with the expectation of growing alongside the company over the next 1–2 years.
