SUMMARY:
This posting is for a high-level employee benefits account executive.
This person will service a Fortune 100 company as well as other large self-funded clients.

This person must have strong analytical ability and be able to analyze data and provide strategic insights to help retain and write new business.

Strong employee benefits knowledge is critical.
This person is a strong collaborative member of an experienced energetic team with an excellent client roster.

DESIRED

EXPERIENCE:
Strong analytical ability - IBM Watson experience a plus
Ability to present renewals and mid-year reviews to a client absent a salesperson
Professionalism in and out of the office including demeanor that impacts internal associates & culture
Strong Industry knowledge including coverages, financial analytics, carrier guidelines, and legislation
Written and verbal skills for cross-selling, renewal negotiations and sharing MIS resources
Willingness to guide, mentor and train junior associates
