    Northwell Health is recruiting a full-time BE/BC Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join Comprehensive Outpatient Behavioral Services Team at South Oaks. The department is seeking a highly motivated practitioner who is able to work collaboratively with other clinical professionals in an outpatient setting.

    This is a truly unique opportunity to join the Comprehensive Outpatient Behavioral Service an outpatient mental health clinic that provides mental health services for children and adolescents from age 5 to 21, dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, anger, bullying, depression, self-harm and trauma with the use of evidence-based treatment, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, develop recommendations for continued care and medical student education.
