    Description: Director of Learning Resources, Full Time Administration

    Reports To: Vice President for Academic Affairs

    Salary Range: Exempt, starting salary $65,364 based on experience; excellent benefits package

    Position Summary: Oversee the operations of the Learning Resources. The Director of Learning Resources plays a crucial role in shaping the academic environment and enhancing the College's learning resources to support quality teaching and student success. This position will lead a team dedicated to providing innovative and accessible learning and teaching resources that align with the College's mission and academic goals.

    Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Education, Curriculum, Instruction, or one of the Division's areas of service.
    • Three to five years of leadership and/or supervisory experience, preferably at the post-secondary level, with accountability for department or functional results.
    • Teaching and/or training experience.
    • Ability to make independent decisions, problem solve and exhibit diplomacy and a service-oriented attitude while working collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Demonstrated record of carrying out new initiatives and the ability to manage workload under time constraints and conflicting demands.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
